Renter’s Insurance (RI) is a low cost insurance that protects tenant valuables & belongings, tenant protections during a disaster, guest protections for injuries and accidental damages to the unit, plus more.
RI is usually cheaper when bundled with reputable car insurance. Unfortunately, we do not accept Mercury or Lemonade Insurance due to reliability issues.

By law Landlords have 21 days after 30 Day Notice to Move expires or after the unit is vacated to either return the deposit or giving an itemized invoice of deductions for past due rent, late fees, repairs, etc.
Typically, tenants are issued 1 space, that‘s it. Usually, there is not enough parking space for each tenant to have 2 spaces. THERE IS NO GUEST PARKING ON THE PREMISES.
All rents are due on the 1st of every month. Late fees apply after the 3rd.
If a tenant moves in before or after the 1st, their rent will be prorated to get them on the same cycle as everyone else.
